For those who stumble into this site and want to know what the hell is going on…

Fridays are a day that I traditionally can’t work because I get a bit excited about the impending weekend; as opposed to the other days of the week when I cannot work because I’m an idle fool. Anyway, in preparation for the weekend ahead I am wont to reflect on the past week in the river of life that has just flowed by. My life is pretty uneventful though, so I invented a cast of imaginary friends and a life in which incidents of interest do occur and wrote them down in a Friday Ramble. Then I began emailing it to random people but became frustrated with mailing lists and so forth so I put it on the web. Occasionally I put some other stuff up too.

Enjoy. Or not. Whatever.

P.S. Sorry, the footnotes became a bit of a mess when I moved them from Word and my writing becomes a bit convoluted if I don’t use them. HTML is not my forte I’m afraid and I’m a bit of a lazy git, so we’ll all just have to deal with it.

P.P.S. A lot of my imaginary friends I refer to by several different names; I went through the old stuff and tried to stick to one name, but there may be instances that I missed. Basically, any name that refers to ‘Red’ is referring to Knappy, as does ‘Knaps’, ‘Knaptassies’, etc.

P.P.P.S. Is it bad to be a closet Hillary Duff fan?
